Evolving an already well-loved brand to expand beyond meditation.


As Headspace expanded its services beyond meditation, the brand needed an evolved identity that could meet a broader emotional and clinical spectrum.

Working with our internal team, I helped steer the creative direction toward a system that felt both emotionally warm and clinically credible—retaining Headspace’s signature friendliness while reflecting its new, comprehensive approach to mental wellness.

Collaborating with Colophon Foundry, I helped lead the development of a bespoke version of Aperçu—subtly rounded to echo the Headspace smile while maintaining a professional tone.




The iconic “dot” evolved into a diverse spectrum of emotions, from calm to anxious to joyful to reflect the real, authentic, experience of mental health. 





Finally, we introduced photography into the Headspace brand for the first time—capturing authentic, everyday moments that reflect the real textures of life.
